add the fine-tuning code for CogView4-6B

I want to implement LoRA fine-tuning for the CogView4-6B model. Do you have plans to add this code?

@yang-0201 DiffSynth-Studio is not an open-source project that supports any model. We will evaluate the performance of this model and decide on support in the future.
