SEP-973: Icons and metadata support

Description

This issue tracks the implementation of https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol/pull/955 which adds support for icons and additional metadata for Implementations, Resources, Tools, and Prompts.

Can we add this issue to project: https://github.com/orgs/modelcontextprotocol/projects/16?

Thanks, yes we investigated this as part of #443, but didn't open an issue to track. Adding it to the project makes sense.

@IAmSurajBobade do you know if we should also add #472 to that project? I don't see equivalent issues for other languages.

If anyone wants to pick this up, it should be very straightforward and a good way to contribute. (I think we just need to add to mcp.Implementation?)
