WARNING output that does not use the logging module

Hi. I'm working on https://github.com/dpriskorn/hiking_trail_matcher/issues/19 and just added this library to check tags on relations.

Unfortunately it spews out a lot of WARNING lines like this despite I set the logging level to ERROR: image
