How to pair the Sphero

Hi, I bought sphero BB-8, and I want to control bb-8 using ROS. I read http://mmwise.github.io/sphero_ros/overview.html#pair-the-sphero. I have questions.

Where is bluetooth setup screen? Pc or smartphone? How to set pin, where??

Please, give me more information for pairing.

Since Sphero has a PIN, the first step is to setup a new bluetooth device.

Shake the Sphero to turn it on. Go into the bluetooth setup screen and select the device in the list with Sphero in the name. Select the device and set the PIN option to ‘0000’.
