Fails to detect the project as valid Gradle when an empty settings.gradle file is present

Could be fixed with a tweak of cast.py (https://github.com/mmin18/LayoutCast/blob/master/ide/IDEAPlugin/out/production/IDEAPlugin/cast.py#L220)
