Automate Releases

We can probably automate the bundling as a Github Release and save people the trouble of generating their own zip.

As a first step, it might be nice to just upload cloudping.zip manually as a release here (and point to it in the docs). If I understand correctly, automating the process would require using the Github Releases API to push a new zipfile. Here's the zipfile for convenience: cloudping.zip
