Proposals of change in structure

I started to write a simulation and I'm using your proposal of pattern (folder simulations/cloudson-date1). But any questions uses source php, that needs to be located in folder data. But I dont want delete the current files of this folder.

I think that we need other structure to be loaded by system. some proposals:

Create bundles like ./simulations/cloudson-date1/sources/ ./simulations/cloudson-date1/questions.php

I like this idea, because in file ./controller/questions.php we could set the bundle that would used.

Only create a folder into data like ./data/cloudson-date1/ ./data/mlalbuquerque-date1/
