CTL: Implement Prelude.Json instances for the Plutus schema

This feature completes the Plutus package with LB Json support which enables users to exchange these types across language boundaries.

TODO

  • Extract CTL plutus-ledger-api types in a separate repo
  • purescript-plutus-ledger-api: Implement LambdaBuffers.Runtime.Prelude.Json class instance for all the types plutus-ledger-api types
  • lbt-plutus: Tests against golden instances
