Add grok-1 to mlx-examples

Request: Add grok-1 to mlx-examples and help with M1 Pro compatibility

Hello,

I would like to request the addition of the grok-1 repository (https://github.com/xai-org/grok-1) to the mlx-examples repository. I believe it would be a valuable addition to the collection of examples, as it showcases an interesting use case of machine learning interpretability.

However, I've encountered an issue while trying to run grok-1 on my M1 Pro MacBook. I haven't been able to find a solution, and I believe that including it in the mlx-examples repository would help others who might face the same problem.
