PDF file size not showing

VSCODE ver 1.93.1 Filesize v 3.1.0 Windows 11 23H2

I have to files open at the moment to illustrate. A php file and a pdf file. I'm including two screen shots to show the difference between the two. I see the file size of the php file but when I select the PDF file, the size display goes away. PHP file: 2024-09-18_10-39-21
