Google chrome reject generated self signed certificate

Google chome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Build officiel) (64 bits) reject the generated certificate with ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error

Chomium browser (Version 80.0.3987.116 (Build officiel) snap (64 bits)) also reject the certificate with : ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

The certificate is served by a Caddy process, accepting protocols TLS1.2 to TLS1.3
