The init f() asks for folders to publish to, twice for Custom/Silly option

Once after pressing [C] and once after the DOM question for grunt.js. Ideally it should work with the values already provided.

custom / silly options make things more complex. Let's remove them, the generator will simply download latest h5bp tar, untar in current directory and generate the build config file.
