generate-md fails when input is inside user's Documents directory on Windows 7

I got the same issue as https://github.com/dart-atom/dartlang/issues/402 when trying to use a .md file which sits in my Documents directory: Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, scandir 'C:\Users\THauk\Documents\My Music'
