It would be great to have an example of proxy settings using OpenLiteSpeed It could be a gif or a steps list with screenshots

these are the instructions for running the docker image on your own server: https://github.com/mixpanel/tracking-proxy#option-2-docker-image

you would run these commands while SSH-ed into your OLS server.
