Unity 6 issues

Unfortunately, for around Unity 6 (in my case 600.0.28f1), the splatter stream itself breaks, notably with vague finicking I was able to get the project to work somewhat, but the stream is invisible. I managed to get that showing, but it isn't the nice liquidy look.
