Update deprecated blog helper, added integration with ghost subscribers, removed google plus sharing

Hello !

Thought I'd contribute to this lovely theme. I updated the deprecated helper blog to site and added a card that will appear at the end of posts if subscribers is enabled from the admin. I also removed the ability to share on google plus since that doesn't exist anymore.
