HOWTO: Flash .uboothex from Linux

If all I want to do is flash the official https://hpi.zentral.zone/firmware/flash-firmware-v7.zip firmware back, can I do this from Linux ?

I think my Flash has died but wanted to try this :/

I wasn't involved with the UTE / uboothex stuff that Aaron implemented, but the synth uses the stm32 system bootloader protocol. The stm32loader.py in this repo should be able to talk to the synth and at least let you know whether it still responds.
