I've been using Railway for other things and haven't had it stop. But it might be the combination somehow. Let me know if you get it working.

I had the same problem, I tried using https://filess.io/, I managed to install the new wp, but I can't access the admin because it doesn't exist, it only shows the first post.

Is anyone working on this or have any suggestions for replacing PlanetScale?

you can use TiBD which has a very generous free tier; if you plan on using this you need to make sure you're following this tutorial since there's some changes you need to make to make serverlesswp/wp compatible

TiBD Works on Vercel! Thank you @returnkirbo!

With some configurations to note:

• After deploying to Vercel, change Node.js version is v18.0 in "General Settings"
• In the project's function settings, change "Function Region" to match your database location
• Change "Function Max Duration" from 10 seconds to 25 seconds
• Replace line 46 in the wp-config.php file in your code repository with:

define( 'DB_COLLATE', 'utf8mb4_general_ci' );

• In the "Deployments" tab find your most recent deployment and click the three-dot menu to redeploy the app.
