Investigate Serverless Aurora to replace RDS

When Serverless Aurora becomes available, explore replacing RDS.

Now, that aurora serverless is live for the users who previously signed up for the program how can I move to Aurora serverless from the existing stack. You know what I mean right?

@Tropyl Aurora Serverless is still in preview so it's a bit too early to envision how it will fit in. There would need to be CloudFormation support for it. Let's hold this discussion until Aurora Serverless is public.

Serverless Aurora still isn't a great fit for this use case in 2023 (too costly for most small sites).
