Save Last Position on Close

How difficult would it be to add the facility to save the screen position and have the floating panel appear at the same position it was in when it was closed?

Hello, is it possible to add the option (button) on top of all windows? When you work in a browser in full screen has to switch or transfer KPFloatingPanel to the fore.

Shekc this I think is a separate issue, I am not sure if you are saying it does not appear on top of fullscreen windows and that's the bug (although I am not sure that's fixable) but please file a bug report or other feature request.
