Shorter Listening Addresses

Shorter Addresses in lit taking in powbytes from the user. You can also have normal addresses by just listening. This opens the possibility for services to run on top of lit such as vanity address generation services who can charge a fee for grinding nonces.

Vanity mode used to exist, but was dropped due to bad practice concerns. But its fun to have vanity addresses, so check it out if you're planning to host a service.

This branch is out of date, yes. But I haven't rebased it yet on master because some parts that were merged before this (refactor and other stuff) needs an update itself.
