Alignment of Labels on mil-std line graphics in incorrect- Worldwind

The alignment of mil-std labels are not correct on the left side of the graphic. They are stacked under the graphic instead of running in line with the graphic extending from the far left point. Also the text should face the direction the linear graphic is pointed.

Limitation of WW sdk. No rotation support for labels. Blocking this issue until support is added to WW sdk.
