Feature Request - Feature Info Balloon

Would be nice if there was a universal cross-engine way to display feature information without having to handle it directly. Most of the implemented engines support some form of info-balloon either directly or relatively easily.

There is certainly support for that in Cesium (InfoBox) and Leaflet (Popup). Would be great to have it.
