Error while rendering shape Surface Image in world wind. TypeError: dc.terrain is null

The error happens when zooming in under the terrain.. The fix is to not allow the zoom-in under the terrain.

The built in limits in the LookAtNavigator will be available after work is done in WorldWind LookAtNavigator
