"fishing_rod_hooked" advancement trigger is missing the "rod" condition

It seems that the "rod" condition has accidentally been removed from the "fishing_rod_hooked" trigger. I checked the code because I didn't immediately think it could be accidental ~~since I believe your generators more than I believe the wiki~~ and it's still there.
