Add tests for long-range correction and 2D materials

Currently, our test suite only does calculations for silicon, which does not have long-range correction values. Additionally, we do not test the 2d case.

We should add small test cases for at least the phonon bands of GaN and perhaps the electronic bands for graphene, something of this nature.
