Huge pages does not work with this release.

Huge pages does not work with this release 2.8 therefore hashing performance is reduced. Prior releases utilized huge pages when they were defined but this release stopped using them.

Huge pages are clearly no longer recognized and used to improve performance. Version 2.7 and prior releases always supported huge pages as shown in the screen log.

This issue is the same for Windows and Ubuntu miners.
