Create GUI for adding/removing tile layers

Manual creation of tile layers through the .tsv system is awkward and prone to user error. I'm curious if a user interface is planned to circumvent this oddity and promote full operation of the plugin from within QGIS. From what I've seen, there is no way of even being aware of the process for adding tile layers without digging out the readme or visiting this repository.
