Using back button / HistoryAPI causing weird scrolling issues in Chrome

Description: Using back button / HistoryAPI causing weird scrolling issues in Chrome. It seems to always scroll you to 0,0. Need to figure out when and maybe reset after.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Deeplink to panels page and horizontally scroll until first panel is off page to left.
  • Click second panel.
  • Once transition complete navigate back to panels using browser back button.
  • Click second panel and notice weird jump / scroll.
