Get no result after running the code

I tried to run twitterLDA on a set of review text. Each file contained the review texts of a certain item and there were totally 4000 files. Some had only one or two reviews while others have about ten to twenty. However, after running the model on my data, all of the value stay on the initial ones. Why and what should I modify? Thanks a lot!
