Titles of pictures placed under the pictures

Problem

Actually are titles of pictures only when you are with cursor of mouse on the picture, not under the picture.

Solutions

Add title of picture under the picture both on package page on CDB and when is picture zoomed in.

Alternatives

Place the picture title anywhere other - above the picture, to list of titles of pictures (under the pictures)...

Additional context

I think that picture is not needed.
