Hide Tutorial for Android people

Hey. The Tutorial is made for PC only, all the help text assume you're on PC with a mouse and keyboard.

So the Tutorial would not really work in Android for now. Can you please make it so that the Tutorial is only visible in the PC version, but not on Android?

There is already a "content warnings" / flags system that handles this and hides stuff on android based on content. Would it be simpler to make the "content warnings" simply "warnings" and include a "mobile-incompatible" warning option?

Well, if it ensures that the Tutorial doesn't appear for Android, then it's OK.
