Add GhostRider Algorithm

Raptoreum launched mainnet on Feb 26 2021 ago and the GhostRider Algorithm is now public: https://github.com/npq7721/gr_hash

Been a fan of Miningcore for a longtime would love to see GR on it. Currently GR is CPU only but there is a GPU miner in the works for it.
