Known Issues: the github buildbot got usually api access failures (I hardcoded the version url there)

As the buildtime of angle is reduced, it could be integrated into this ci script https://github.com/ChristopherHX/osx-packaging-scripts/tree/AngleEGLonMacOsBuildAngleInplace
