Fix issue with default_style Plot configuration

default_style attribute can now be configured using Plot.attributes/2 function and Plot.new/x functions.

Apologies for the delay in taking a look at this. Quick questions: Could you confirm whether this changes behaviour if default_style isn't set? Are there any updates required to docs? Thanks
