Bitwarden will not work
- Min Version: 1.32.1
- Operating system: Windows 11
Expected Behavior
Use Bitwarden in the browser.
Actual Behavior
Once I click on the key it asks for my master password. I type in my password and select ok and the popup reappears. Can't get this to work, any help?
To Reproduce
Not sure how to reproduce this, but the steps I took were: downloaded the Bitwarden CLI, dragged it onto the browser once I selected it in the settings, inputted the API information it asked for, and once I went to log into a website and selected the key the problem above began.
Same behaver observed on Arch linux and Bitwarden: Version 2024.6.4 Shell 29.4.5 Renderer 122.0.6261.156 Node 20.9.0 Architecture x64

my issue has been solved.
- data.json in bitwarden-cli confid folder must be deleted
- on next use new client id and client secret must be provided for bitwarden.com api-keys section.
rgds
I just found min today - I've always been a firefox fan, but holy crap, min is lightweight and might have me converting soon.
I also see some weird behavior with bitwarden using on Fedora 41 Min-1.33.1-1.x86_64
over all bitwarden works fine - i just used it here to log into github to make this comment in fact. when the username/password are on the same webpage I try to log into gmail, which puts it username, password on 2 different pages, ctrl+\ works to select the username on the first page, but does not work for getting the password on the second web page.
Hi,
using Min Version 1.35.2 (1.35.2), macOS 26.1 and the self-hosted version of Vaultwarden 1.34.3 (NAS). Is there a difference between this and the official Vault via bitwarden.com?
When I paste the CLI into the API window and enter the data, nothing happens. I can only close the window again and cancel the integration.
Regards, kw
