Hotmail contact importer no longer works

First, thank you very much for this code. It works great for Google and Yahoo. But attempting to use this on Hotmail doesn't work as of 8/27/2012.

When attempting to auth with Hotmail, I receive a message like, " is making an insecure request to access your information. Windows Live does not allow information to be shared with this type of request."
