Colours and some things work but theres little misalignments and whatevs
I know for a fact they have ABSOLUTELY renamed all the element classes but also they've just moved around the UI enough that CSS alone can't get us back to the 2020 functionality so like.....lol?? god i wish i knew enough js to make a companion plugin (bc it seems like thats needed atp) to help bc yeah..,.,.,.

yeah exactly that!!! follow INSTALL.md to a t and yeah its le freaking epic they updated it recently to support plasma 6 but wayland support SUCKS / doesnt work at all so stick to x11 (which i mean given we r all using discord here it's not likely anyone is using wayland lmoa)
havent found a way to get rid of the damned title bar tho using vesktop/normal vencord on plasma unforch. i can remove the kde window decorations but then i get no window controls at all lol....

im maining wayland (nvidia as well) and only use x11 when i really need to so that sucks

i assumed its kde since windows clients usually have the custom titlebar
ya its kde (note also theyre still updating the theme to kde6 so the window titlebar icon thing isnt aligned to the middle its stuck at the top) but yeah!!! its pretty nice

yah testing just the oldcode main theme.css file and it did that :p oh well.,., tbf tho i don't blame it for being janky. oldcord went from oh a cool little theme to revert a few minor recent layout changes to oh i hate the new branding and colours and stuff!!discord looks so different!!i want the old one back!!! to like whoahg,,,this update discord is soooo different from 2020 being able to achieve half the revert with css is quite a feat in some areas
(not to mention the amount of html and css changes discord does is infuriating)
discords "new" branding is unironically an accessibility nightmare (at least to me) which is why I'm still motivated
i remember when applying oldcord did like a couple things and now its a night-and-day throwback to old discord—and that elicits a nice response in my head so yeah i love the theme bc it's effectively a "make discord how it feels right in my head" button that fixes everything. i use skeuocord too but i put oldcord under it so whatever skeuocord doesn't touch is still "right" (as in old discord lol)
(this also creates jank but that's my fault so i accept it)
yeah the saturation and poor contrast is abhorrent. the introduction of the saturation slider is nice but also ruins the contrast of statuses and stuff ;-;

yeah its lazy as hell. no choice on mobile so i leave it on 80% and luckily it doesnt look as dog ass as it does on desktop when desaturated thank JOD

- i don't believe anything is wrong with ping bubbles, if there is please provide a screenshot
I'll see if I can reproduce it tomorrow - what I saw earlier was that there was no dark outline around them (at least on DMs) separating the bubble from the icon of the chat it's on
you're completely right, I missed that one more thing to fix before I go to sleep
I'm using this to deal with the new UI update--is there a list of broken UI elements with this theme? If not, would having a list be helpful?

discord's fault css can't run well in their own app
also their fault their api is so cruel making it like damn impossible (not even to mention TOS) to make or use a custom client which would be the BEST THING EVER but OH WELL (i know im way too wishful for this)
(i miss cordless it was fun)
custom discord api reimplementations have been attempted multiple times but never last
