Auto backup MikoPBX settings on storage disk folder

Add daily worker which save the sqlite3 DB file on storage disk. If the md5 sum of the already saved file is the same, do not make a new copy. It would be good to save at least 5 copies. Without any web interface to work with these backups. We will make it in future tasks.
