"dirname: missing operand" error

When I tried to run OpenVAS-9 with the command

docker run -d -p 443:443 -p 9390:9390 --name openvas mikesplain/openvas:9

I got the following error message

 ERROR: Your OpenVAS-9 installation is not yet complete!
