UPBGE specific contents

Hello @mikepan ! What do you think about UPBGE contents as tips in the text. Now or after fixing all chapters ?

UPBGE is turning out to be a big deal. I think we can even include UPBGE features into the main text. Maybe have to style it differently somehow.

It seems UPBGE will be merged in 2.8.
