mocha-param tests don't work in Test Explorer VS Code extension

If you try to run mocha-param tests in the Test Explorer VS Code extension, the test runner can't determine whether the tests passed or failed.

I'm not sure what VS code extension is looking for. If you know and can add it I can look at the pull request.
