output panel selected line not readable

Hi. I love VSColorOutput! I have just one issue. See this screenshot. In the output panel of VS 2019 a warning in yellow text is not readable because of the light blue background. I changed everything in the settings that was light blue to dark, but none effected this one. Is there a way to set the highlight background to dark? Is this a VsColorOutput issue, or a VS issue?

Seems like VSColorOutput needs two different color themes for light and for dark modes.
