Hey, would it be possible to get node-redlock upgraded to ioredis v5 and released ?

@mike-marcacci This PR would fix the error with v5 #282. I've tested this on my project but since there are no updates to this library I had to put the source code directly in my codebase so I could use ioredis v5.

Please merge this PR 🙏🏻. We would really appreciate this
