Timeout is not working with notify-send on Linux

Hello!

Thank you for this great module!

However, the timeout option is not working for some reason with notify-send on Ubuntu Linux.

If invoked directly through shell it works fine: notify-send "Summary" "Body" -t 3000.

Why is that?

I would love a fix for this as the notification pop ups get in the way when they hover around for 10 seconds. I have to wait for them to finish before I can access anything that is underneath them. It's driving me potty! If you have a work around that I can use that would be great in the mean time. Thanks, Dorothy
