Thanks for this amazing script, this is a great project and I'm happy this continues to be maintained! I have a feature suggestion: a good way of growing an account and create real engagement is to follow following users from a user, not followers. Could it be included in a future release? It looks like it would be a quick method to add to the project but I might not be good enough to create a PR.

Note: this only happens on a laptop, so it might be linked to power saving mode. Anyone in the same case?
