Support of multiple StorageManagers within CDI integration

Currently, only 1 StorageManager is supported within the CDI manager (that is - in combination with @Storage and @Store)

By using 'named' managers (using @Named and specifying this name also at the @Storage bean and within @Store interceptor), multiple managers can be supported.
