need to add a note on file size limitation per the PG ([email protected])

[!IMPORTANT] Required for API changes:

The limit for conversion of files according to [email protected] is 2 MB. Going over this results often in timeouts although sometimes it works.

@westleyMS, I noticed it was named incorrectly. This is the format we follow for GET methods.
