Discussion: Pareto distribution for collaboration hours

It would be a potentially valuable feature to add a pareto distribution for collaboration hours.

This is great because this tackle the problem of workload distribution - x % of employees are involved in y% of the collaboration.

Other accompanying statistics such as the Gini Coefficient can also be calculated.
