Description of the new feature / enhancement

DocumentUrl is a useful field which allows seeing the documentation url easily, however few manifests either using yaml-create or winget-create have it. I believe the reason is that adding it isn't so easy like adding tags, because you need (in winget-create) to use a custom menu for that.
